SevenesyReviews of sevenesy.com

Ordered a silver tennis necklace and came in gold but this isn’t the only thing which bothered me. The thing is that this necklace look so cheap and doesn’t even correspond to photos. Service is good like payment and deliver but taking in consideration that I wrote them couple emails and never get any response. Also wrote a review which they never posted. I hope people who are going to order read this

Worst customer service ever!! Ordered a ring in the beginning of December and it never arrived. Contacted sevenesy and they said they would send out a new one. 3 weeks later still waiting and now they are avoiding my emails ! Avoid at all cost!! Spend your money elsewhere! (UPDATE 27/01/2025) They say they have emailed me to provide an order number but I haven’t received anything ! Total liars avoid at all cost. Spend your money elsewhere!

Complete scam. Spent a lot of money on Christmas presents that never arrived, contacted customer services who agreed to a refund and then never refunded us. Avoid at all costs!!! Edit to update - the company tried to get the review taken down, and still never contacted us back. Eventually had to go to the bank and get the money back that way! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I ordered on 7 jan and its already 21 and since 13 january i havent got any updates on it , its stuck at ,, package is crossing the border” i ve tried to contact them but no answer… this was my 1 year gift to my girlfriend..terrible customer experience i can say also i tried to email them but no responses .. EDIT: i was contacted about them and we have resolved the problem so its all good right now.

My proposal day was ruined, they are shocking to get ahold of still waiting for a reply off of them and have been waiting over 3 weeks my partner bought this ring and it came a size to big was trying to send back to get another size ,they do not answer your emails or phone messages what so ever would avoid at all costs Update: they have gotten in contact with me finally and have offered a lot of help Update 2: I’m really not happy with customer service after being in contact and agreeing to send the ring back they have messaged me for a follow up on how everything’s going they then sent me this message “ Hello there, I am following up regarding the review. Are you able to delete it since it’s harming our reputation?” this is very unprofessional and you should be doing your job if you don’t want your reputation ruined will never be returning and will be avoiding at all costs.

My boyfriend ordered a ring, but it was too big for me so we decided to exchange it for a smaller size, but when i contacted sevenesy no one answer the countless emails, the deadline for the exchange is about to expire and i’m worried, i’m so disenchanted with customer service, need a quick response because i can’t use my ring
