Quick and efficient

I made an appointment for a RX refill on Sept 21. The Dr sent refills to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to pick up meds on 10/8 and pharmacy had questions about the RX details. Told me that they had been reaching out to the dr but had not heard back. I called Sesame today to just have the Dr confirm the info that they had written. The "Supervisor" told me that I would have to pay for another appointment because Drs dont answer pharmacies and it had been longer than 10 days since the appointment. SO let me get this straight- I paid for an appointment the dr wrote a RX incorrectly or unclearly the pharmacy cant fill it and needs more info the pharmacy contacts the Dr No response I go to pick up and the pharmacy cant fill it because they have questions. The Dr cant help me with an issue that THEY CAUSED unless I pay for another visit. And the "supervisor" could only explain the policy and tell me there was nothing they could do. I have used sesamecare for years for myself and my large family. This unfortunately will be the last time. I understand policies , but in this case they are clearly at fault and just care about the money, not the level of care for the pt. there are enough competitors to find another online provider.

My Primary care was not available and felt really bad with a the flu/ Covid symptoms. I was able to schedule a same day appointment within 30 mins and got new antibiotics. Super efficient.

Superb care from a smart, caring clinician

Scam artists. They advertised services that weren't provided once I paid for the appointment. They refused to refund me, even after showing proof of the false advertising. Apparently they'd rather have a lawsuit than refund someone approx. $60.
