App is confusing. Had a few times where I went to request or book an appointment went all the way through all of the question they asked every time, only to discover my healthcare provider had literally no appointments open. Then I would have to message her ask for her to open availability, then go back in and rebook a whole appointment. Not exactly user friendly and not great when your mental health is failing. When booking I tried to write a paragraph or two about my situation only to realize that she never even received that because once you go through and you can't book it, won't send because there was no appointments to click on. Disappointed.

It worked ok first time I used it to refill prescription. But they got the second one wrong. It’s a hassle. Customer service is crap. Their ai chat is garbage. Their prescription service is crap. Can’t get any info from them. It’s all a bit half assed.

Prescription refilled but only once. I would not recommend this unless you could not wait to see your primary physician. The cost to obtain one refill costs many times more than the drug itself. In the past, my doctor would give me a 180-day refill. This time online after only 5 minutes, Sesame's doc only refilled for 45-days. So this is not a sustainable method at all.

3 starts because the first two pharmacy I had selected for my prescription were out of stuck so I had to Text the support/help number to pick a different pharmacy which was able to , but I wasn’t able to compare the price like the first link they sent me , it bothered me a little bit because I could call every and each pharmacy near me to compare the price , but most pharmacy don’t give out price with out you sending them the prescription , so it was a time consuming process , am hopping this review will fix the problem in case it reoccurs. ( it should have been 4 starts because I really appreciate sesame but I wanted my review to be catching attention soo..)

I used their services for weight reduction medication. After two months supply I found that because of side effects it did not work for me. By the time I went to cancel my subscription they had already charged me for the third session. I contacted them but they refused to return the fee of 99 dollars. Beware that they charge you on the date that you first signed up whereas receipt of medication is one or two weeks later. So they refused to return the fee although I did not use their services. Also they did not reply to my e mail and had to phone to get this answer

I liked that the appt was fast and efficient. I only got information about the medication I requested and that was it.

Dr. Grant was fine, no complaints. Your web site is misleading. I googled Xanax today. Your web site came up and it was not until after I paid & saw Dr. Grant that I was told that he could not Rx Xanax. Mislead & disappointed.

The physician I met with was great and I was able to schedule quickly. The GLP-1 wasn't working so I only used it for one month. Thirty days later, I was charged $99. I had received an email saying I had Sesame Basic which was a FREE membership that included doctor visits, prescriptions, etc. It was not clear that when I scheduled a doctor's appt that I signed up for a $99/month membership. I'm waiting to see if they will issue a refund bc I think this is deceptive and unethical.
