I had an awful experience today. It was a complete waste of time and Money. It's a joke of a service.

I logged on exactly when my appointment was, i could see myself in video window and message said waiting for doctor to log into conversation. Waited 43 minutes still nothing, went to message and asked about being charged, they said their record showed doctor logging on but not me, totally backwards, i was logged into and doctor never showed. update, company did contact me and appologized and issued a refund, I will try one more time in the future and hope experience will be better. Most companies don't care about customer satisfaction so I am glad this one did address my issue.

The provider never joined the appointment.

Great app to be able to get medical attention when you do not have insurance or not able to get into your own provider.

The close attention to my history, and in-depth conversation about my health issue.

Very satisfied with my visit. Dr was very courteous and even called bc I was having technical difficulty. Highly recommend!

Second time using this service. The doctors were great on both occasions. Kind, helpful & professional. Highly recommend.

I have tried several other telehealth options out there. And none come close to Sesame's level of service, their providers and pricing are phenomenal.
