My caregiver was very knowledgeable and a great listener. He was determined to get me the right help and took his time. It was quick and easy and my goal was accomplished.

I had a very good experience with getting some prescriptions filled. It was fast and friendly. The Doctor was very kind and I will return for future care.

I wouldn't go so far as calling this a scam, but a key part of their business model is to force patients into a monthly "assessment" so they can build recurring revenue -- any other health care provider would write a 6 of 12 month script for most meds that a patient had been taking for years, rather than say come back in 30 days so I can stare at you for 10 seconds and ask for $40 in return. In my case, insurance will only cover a 90 day refill, so the 30 days was of no use.

The only reason I’m giving this company two stars is because it was relatively easy to get a same-day appointment. That said, my physician told me that he was unable to help with my issue (simple muscle spasms), and “sorry, you still have to pay for the visit because treatment is not guaranteed.” 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. They are all about getting as many patients in as possible to make as much money as possible, without providing valuable care.

HORRIBLE service! They take your money, don’t offer the services or prescription they promised, then will try to make you repay for delays that were their fault. Their customer service are also very aggressive and uncooperative. Sesame Care truly is a scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’d give 0 star rating if I could.

Traci Lambert made it great. Very warm and caring. I have had bad experiences, but not since I've been using her.

I had a minor issue with an incorrect prescription that was clearly an error and I couldn’t get it resolved. Customer support couldn’t allow me to contact the doctor again nor put me in touch with someone with the power/authority to do so. I would have to pay for a “second opinion” to correct it. Sad, bc prior to this issue I thought it was a great service.
