I had a great experience with Sesame care all around. From the ease of accessing the app, signing up, finding a provider who can help with my mental health right away and especially the cost which is so cheap compared to the other mental health service I have seen. It is indeed amazing through and through; many of us adults are busy busy. We don’t have time to sit around and research and hunt and look for help for hours. We need quick, fast, affordable care and Sesame provided all that! Very very happy! Thank you sooo much Sesame Health!

Efficiency

I cannot say enough about the amazing care I’ve received from sesame. The doctors are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend sesame care.

Michelle Juat, FNP, was professional and I had the meds I'd been trying to get all day, in l5 min. I've just, temporarily, lost my insurance, but, honestly Sesame is likely cheaper than my co-pay for obvious issues AND, more importantly saves me a drive to the Dr. when I feel horrible and should be isolating. I will be using them again.

Had online visit appointments for over a year now. Sesame Care services are excellent, convenient, friendly, prompt, professional and affordable.

Do not trust this company with your life-saving medications, the doctors are all a joke they are basically drug pushers who have no education. They forget to put your prescription in every single time, they lie to you about how many times a month you have to visit them. the customer support is the worst ive ever dealt with, they will lie about everything and when you complain they will cancel your account and give you a small refund that doesn't even recover an amount that makes sense for the amount of time you were a premium member. The managers will hang up on you and block your calls when you ask for the reason they canceled your account, forget this company and everyone involved stay away if you value your sanity and health!

Dr. Chen was prompt, friendly, concerned, solved the problem, and actually asked if I had any additional issues, unlike my first appointment with another doctor who got out as fast as he could. I can't imagine how it could have been any better.

Update for the "response" I got... I already did, and was told NO REFUND, hense my review; but thank you for the copy and paste, generic response that was 100% worthless. I don't know what on earth caused Sesame to go down the drain, but this was a DISASTER. First of all, this guy didn't listen to a damn thing I said. He kept thinking I saw a Bernard Choi a MONTH ago, and it was over 2 years ago. I can't even count how many times I kept repeating that I didn't see this guy a month ago. Secondly, I said that the mood stabilizers I was given was a REQUEST BY ME because I had started a new job that I really liked, yet came from a job that was high pressure/high anxiety all the time and wanted to make sure that I would chill out as I got used to the new job so I didn't risk losing it. I also stated that I decided ON MY OWN to stop taking medication I was prescribed because my job was NOT stressful at all, a lot of good was happening and I felt like I didn't need them anymore. I was no longer anxious, depressed or moody... And stayed that way for over 2 years. 2 years later (which was 2 months ago) my husband and I separated, I was under mounting pressure from a rescue I volunteer at, and the plan to move out of the country fell apart, in addition to some other things happening, so I felt like I should go back on medication. A friend suggested forhers.com, who wound up prescribing me Lexapro... They provided the meds, so you're not going to see a script history. I came BACK to Sesame solely because I figured since there was a history, you guys would know what could work better for me, as I felt the Lexapro only took away my anxiety and not the depression. This guy is talking about history as if I spent years on medication, and not like 2 months. Lol, what a joke. I don't know where he has it in his brain that I declined weight loss... I literally said I went from 141 to 122 since August. But since it was obvious he didn't listen to a damn thing I said, I can see why he may have missed that. I also stated that I had insomnia AND had depression and was waking up several times a night. Why he stated in the notes that I denied that is beyond me. Also, everything he stated that I "denied" in his notes was never asked. This guy is an idiot. It was a complete waste of my time and money just to not listen to anything I said then tell me to see a psychiatrist. The entire time I had my "appointment" (that he was 20 minutes late to) his phone was dinging, his email was going off, and he never looked me in the eye even ONCE. He was probably reading emails or who knows what. Complete waste of my time and money.
