Appointment went fine. Needed a prescription I’ve long been provided. 10 minutes with NP. But the way she wrote the prescription is not supported by insurance and thus insurance won’t cover. Sesame says they will not help with any support for insurance, even for prescriptions. A waste of money.

Deceptive reimbursement practices for doctors and lack of transparency.

Horrible! Wish I could give them zero stars. You pay up front. Give them your phone number for the contact. Then they send you a bad link for the so called interview. After clicking the refresh button (just like the link requests you to do) for a few minutes you are now considered a no show and they just keep your money. Customer service is no help and basically laugh at you. SCAM!!! Just wad your money up and throw it in the trash before you use this "service".

If I could give zero stars I would go I’m Natalie so I made an appointment using this site but I canceled it. And they still took my money how can you keep my money if I did not make the appointment.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM!! I talked with customer service and was told Doctors could write a prescription. So I paid 44 dollars for an appointment just for the doctor to tell me they can write prescriptions!!! I then tried reaching out to the company through the suppose email in which they keep ghosting me and when I call on the phone no one seems to have a clue what is actually going on. Please do not use this service go anywhere else REPLY: I already contacted you people you ignored me and wanted no part of fixing your mistakes. I rather cut my losses then waste anymore time talking with you. I WOULD JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE TO KNOW. USE ANY OTHER SERVICE YOU CAN. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!!
