so it’s weird i really really love telehealth and used you 3 times however this last visit i had a 7 an appt script was called in. pharmacy opened at 9 am. at 10 am they said they didn’t receive script. only got to pick up script at 12 pm. last time i had an appt and everything went through less than 30 min i was amazed this time not so much don’t know what the issue was. i’m hoping that you find this review as constructive criticism to improve nothing else.

Paid $57 for a no show provider. Sesame refused to refund, saying that the provider connected to the call after 38 minutes. I waited 25 min (watching the spinning cursor on my screen) before disconnecting. Sesame suggests waiting for up to 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, so 38 minutes seems unreasonable. A major problem with Sesame is once they take your money and you attempt to join the call at your appointment time, there is no way to know if or when a provider will be joining you, or where you are in the queue. They need a system like Lyft, where you can see that the provider will be available soon (or not), and can get an estimated arrival time. Sesame is lightning fast to take your money but slow to respond to issues. I dislike service businesses where the customer is always wrong. I felt like I was dealing with a bot. Would not use again.

I made an appointment for strep throat within 30 minutes of having the thought to do it. The scheduling was fast and easy and I was able to pick a highly rated doctor. The doctor was on time to the appointment and I was able to get a prescription for antibiotics in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later my prescription was ready at the pharmacy and I went to pick it up and took my first dose then and there! I had the diagnosis and medicine I needed literally within 1.5 hours of when I initially logged into the app. Pricing was very reasonable ($32) and straightforward. Yay! Easy, fast, superb!

I have used Sesame several times and have been very pleased with the level of service I have received!
