I discovered this product through ads and videos online and decided to give it a try. I ordered a light color and realized that I needed a darker shade so I contacted customer support and they kindly replace the products without having to send back the ones I already have. Now I can give it to others who want to try it. Thanks to Kim who helped me and to the rest of Serentia.

READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY THIS. Just received my purchase of Serentia Elixir+Cream products, tried it on straight away, I must say that it is nothing like what their advertised, it does not cover blemishes, doesn't matter how many times i apply it, this product is nothing more than just a tinted moisturiser, it does feel light on the skin and not sticky, but coverage wise its less than the average foundation. Sorry this is just a trial for me, I won't be buying more in the future, and I will just use this as a tinted moisturiser not an actual foundation, if you want good coverage on your skin, this is not it, they just made the add so impressive, they will definetely get a lot of first time buyers but not much return buyers, i do not recommend it at all. Buy something else. The videos show on their advertisement is not true as it will not completely cover a marker or a texter if you try how they show the videos like theirs. Videos looks impressive but in reality Serentia is not they claimed to be, Stick to being like a tinted moisturiser dont fool people just for this company to make money.

I have been trying to find a product that provides adequate coverage but that also looks natural and lasts through my work shift and the insane heat I deal with in the summer months living in arizona. Full coverage foundations look good for about 30 minutes and before I even get to work usually start looking pretty bad. I've spent lots of money and tried alot of top line products, but so far this is the only one that looks like my skin, only better, and still looks good after a full shift at work! Also it makes my skin feel so soft and healthy

Amazing customer service! Ordered multiples of what I thought would be the perfect shade only to find out it's too light! Like, I looked like a ghost. I emailed customer service to ask what could be done and they are voluntarily sending me the darker shade. What's more, I can donate the ones I've already received to the local women's shelter! 🙌🏼 I am super impressed by the customer service!

I wanted to return the products as neither colour worked for me. Customer service was excellent! Really appreciated their help. They didn't ask for them to be returned, but instead offered to ship me a darker color. I've now tried it and the color works but also my face is a bit tanned now so will see how this fares start the summer & the heat cooling down too.
