New design, but customers get half the amount of product for the same price.
I actually love the product. I have been using it for a while. What I have the dissatisfaction with , last year the amount was sold in a 20g container, now they repackaged and designed and put it to a 10.5g. For the same price. Unfortunately for them, I'll be looking elsewhere for a foundation, I hate sneakiness. When this process was new up on their website, I asked is everything the same(as I didn't want to buy a product that I didn't like) for customer service to say everything IS still the same. Unfortunately they have lost a customer 😕.

Thank you for raising this, and I completely understand why the change in the number looked concerning. Let me clear it up properly, because the good news is you're actually not getting less product. The difference comes down to how the weight was labelled. The previous packaging listed 20g, but that figure was the total weight including the container itself, and the actual cream inside was 10g. The new version is labelled 10.5g, which is the net weight of the product alone, excluding the packaging. So in real terms you're getting slightly more cream now (10.5g) than before (10g), at the same price, not half. There's been no reduction in what you receive, and nothing sneaky at play, just a change in how the weight is shown on the label. I'd genuinely love for you to keep enjoying a product you already love, so if there's anything at all I can do for you, please email me at [email protected] and I'll look after you personally. Thank you for giving us the chance to explain, Pauline. 💛
