Last year the amount was sold in a 20g container, now they repackaged and designed and put it to a 10.5g. For the same price. Other people have complained too I see... and they try to pretend they are not being sneaky... but they are. Don't lie to our faces! Thee product is good but the lying is unacceptable.

Hi Ana, thank you for your review, and for the kind words about the product itself. I completely understand why seeing 20g previously and 10.5g now would look like the amount was halved for the same price, and I want to reassure you honestly, because it was not. The difference comes down to how the weight was labelled. The earlier 20g figure was the total weight including the container itself, whereas the actual cream inside was around 10g. The current 10.5g is the net weight of the product alone, excluding the packaging. So in real terms you are actually getting slightly more cream now (10.5g) than before (10g), at the same price, not less. There was never any intention to mislead, and I am sorry the labelling change was not communicated more clearly, that is fair feedback and we have taken it on board.
