Over the last five years, I have tried so many liquid and powder foundations, BB creams, CC creams and nothing has worked. At last I have found a light foundation that actually gives me great coverage and doesn’t sit on my skin. I have fairly sensitive skin and this is just lovely and gentle. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I love it.

I chose a shade that was a bit too light for my skin. Serentia quickly responded to my email regarding an exchange, offered to send me a new product (free of charge), and had a new order on its way to me within the week. VERY impressed and pleased with the customer service. The product itself is high quality, smells lovely, has relatively good coverage, and is very light and comfortable to wear throughout the day. It gives a natural look while still providing evening of skin tone and a bit of a concealer effect under my eyes (where I really need it!)

I'm 55 so trying to find the right shade that's not too heavy & settles in your fine lines is almost impossible. I LOVE the lightness of the foundation. Unfortunately, the shade I ordered was too light. My suggestion is that they adjust the colors online. They are completely off for people of color. I had emailed them asking if how to exchange for different shade. They responded super quickly and offered to send a replacement within 24 hours. Product texture & customer service is Chef's Kiss!! 10 stars!!

I am very pale, so I ordered the Ivory shade of the elixir + cream. This shade wasn’t the right match. When I contacted customer service, Kim informed me that I may want to try a darker shade and it was sent to me at no cost. I received buff beige and it was a much better match. The product is very moisturizing and it feels like you aren’t wearing makeup. This product is a nice CC cream, but it does not hide acne or other imperfections as advertised. When I contacted customer service to state that this product didn’t cover my imperfections, I was given a full refund. They also let me keep the product to share with others. Both times I contacted customer service, I dealt with Kim. Kim was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Great customer service!

Im 43, with like 20 full bottles of foundation that didn't/dont work. Either clogged my pores, enhanced lines, foundation was always a nightmare for me, but im my 40s it's been worse, so I decided to try this, what have I got to lose?! THIS ISH IS AMAZING! NOT HEAVY, EASILY DISTRIBUTED, GOOD COVERAGE, IM TOTALLY IN LOVE, WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MORE!. I dont typically leave reviews, I know everyone's skin is different-- im pale, usually dry, and had radiation on my right side if you need a reference. I dont wear makeup everyday, but I may start with this stuff!! Thank you!
