I would NOT trust this company..!
I would NOT trust this company... I'd give them NO stars if I could..! They sent me a jar of cream which was MEANT to be a jar of Serentia Hydra-Prep cream (for use under make-up). When it arrived I was shocked to discover that it was in a box with the branding of a DIFFERENT COMPANY covered (crudely and unprofessionally) with Serentia branding stuck around the box (I wanted to include photos here, but there's no way of doing so ☹️). Inside the box was a jar of cream TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the picture of the Hydra-Prep cream shown on Serentia's website. The label on the jar shows the company name: 'Beauty Host' and that it's a 'Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Day Cream' (more photos). I have very sensitive skin so I wasn't going to risk putting that on my face, from a company I'd never heard of, and a product I did NOT ask for! I contacted Serentia and sent them photos of what I'd received, they took several weeks to reply... When they did, they offered an apology and said that I'd been wise not to use the cream. They offered no explanation of how this had happened and promised to send me a jar of the actual Serentia Hydra-Prep cream that I'd asked for. Weeks went by and no sign of the replacement jar, so I gave up all hope of receiving it. However something DID eventually turn up from them but when I opened the parcel, to my great annoyance, EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS TIME! A jar of THE SAME hyaluronic acid day cream they'd sent me before from the company called 'Beauty Host' once again covered all over with Serentia branding. I couldn't believe it..! This time they'd also stuck a Serentia label over the labelling on the jar to try and make it look more authentic (Bad job!) This is all highly suspicious to me... Why would 'Serentia' be sending other company's products and trying to pass them off as their own..?? I didn't even bother to go back to them after that; I don't want any more dealings with, or hassle and frustration from this obviously very dodgy company. Give them wide-berth, because you don't know WHAT you're putting on your face!
