Great cream elixir, wonderful product to uniform your skin colour.

I had wished that this product had preformed better. The foundation didn’t do what it said it would on me. I have very high standards when it comes to makeup and running a business. I reached out and to my surprise they were very inquisitive and are giving me a full refund. But also are leaving me with the products so I can give them out to friends. What is important is I am 60 years old, but I don’t look it. I’ve been in the beauty business the majority of my life. I was so impressed with their professionalism and their immediate response to me. It is difficult to buy products on line. I really wish they had a few brick and mortar and/or pop up shops for demonstration and for customers to interact with the products and learn about the new technologies that this company is using. So even though I gave them 3 stars for performance, I give them 10 stars for customer service.

I have to say the customer service is amazing. I had ordered a shade that was too light so I had emailed them asking if i could exchange what I had for a different shade. Kim responded promptly apologizing even though it wasn't their fault and offered at no charge to send a replacement. She even told me that I could keep the original product.

Their customer service is amazing and they are quick to get back to you. I had an issue with the product color not being exact like a previous order and they sent me new product. Kim was so nice and made the experience painless and easy!

I cannot fault their customer service. So quick to response and so very helpful. A 10/10!!

Fantastic customer service. I had ordered the elixir+ cream. I’d ordered the lightest shade as I am very pale but it was actually too light for me. I got in contact with customer service to ask if I could exchange for the next shade and they could not have been more helpful. Absolutely no quibbles they immediately ordered me the correct shade and although I asked how to send back the incorrect shade they told me just to keep it and pass it on, they were just happy to help me out. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough. Oh and when the next shade arrived it was perfect

This is a company I can trust. I had to wait awhile for my order but the elixir+cream is fantastic and worth the wait. Goes on nicely and doesn’t settle in lines. The brush I ordered is a quality one. I’ve placed a second order.

I've seen their ads so many times, so I finally said yes and got two, one for my mom and me. With foundation, you just never know if you're picking the right color, and of course the shades I got were both too light. I emailed the company and I received a response within 24 hours. They not only got back to me quickly but put in an order for me to try two new shades. Great customer service. I haven't received the two new shades yet, but I'm really impressed with their customer service and equally excited to try the new ones. Great experience so far!
