Love this product! The coverage is great and it feels so lightweight. Customer service is absolutely amazing! When I received the product the shade I had ordered was too light for my skin tone. I contacted them about exchanging it and they sent me the new shade free of charge and told me to share the product I already had with friends. What a great business.

Worst foundation ever but the containers i love i discovered there’s 2 lid compartments , i just washed them out and added my own bb cream and put the Holey lid back on but still just such a waste of money i regret buying 2 to get the free one and the 3rd one half price still costed me almost $70!! Never buy from these their cooked🙄

My choice was too light and they were gracious enough to send me another shade asap. They did not want me to send back the ones I purchased. Instead they told me to share them with someone who is the shade I cant use even the unopened one!

Customer service is very good, I ordered the wrong shade and offered to send me a replacement and pass my first order to friends who might like to try it. I would say to go 2 shades darker than your normal foundation

I like the way Sarentia blurs my fine lines… It gives color. Since it’s summer, I picked honey beige… also for winter, buff beige… This is my new go to face foundation….

I actually haven’t seen this product in much places, but it was coming up on my feed all the time and I ordered it. I believe I must’ve ordered the wrong one because the color was extremely light, but I was able to get someone from the serentia Team to get back to me help me find my order and create a new one. I have shared this product with many friends who have already purchased it as well. I hope the new color works on my skin tone and also very pleased with someone taking care of me and sending me a new order. Thank you to the team for amazing customer service.

I bought the Serenity Elixir + Cream mainly to cover my hyperpigmentation & because of the positive qualities of the product. I chose Buff Beige shade because beige shades normally suit my skin. Unfortunately though this shade gave me no coverage. I reached out to the Customer Support Team from Serentia who explained that choosing the right shade is important in covering hyperpigmentation. To my surprise they offered me the opportunity to choose another shade at no extra cost. So I look forward to receiving & using the new shade of the product. By the way I love that the Elixir + Cream comes with a mushroom shaped applicator which makes the product easy to use. Overall a good experience from the Serentia Shop.
