My order arrived well packaged the product itself is lovely but I ordered a shade that turned out to be too light for me so I contacted the customer service and they said they would send me a replacement at no extra cost. The lady was called Kim and she was very helpful I would definitely recommend this product but go for a shade darker than you would usually
