The product is very natural to your skin and you do not feel like you're wearing Foundation. Customer service was great too. When I didn't get right color match they immediately corrected and sent a replacement at no extra cost. My only negative is that the product needs more variations of shades/tones so minus the 1 star.

Customer service is brilliant, Kim was so helpful and speedy in responding. One of the shades I ordered was too light and they sent me a darker shade immediately, no need to return the original. The product is good, lightweight and exactly what I was after.

Excellent customer service! I was initially concerned after reading some of the other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The team responded quickly and resolved my issue without hassle. The colours I received were much lighter than expected, but they offered to send a replacement free of charge. I haven’t received the new set yet, so fingers crossed it’s a better match this time. I’ll update my review once the new colours arrive.

I ordered this product after seeing their ad in Facebook. I must say I was skeptical about it but decided to give it a try. Their customer service department is super nice and cordial. I haven't tried the product yet but I'm looking forward to it.

*really easy to order *product arrived in good time and I loved the feel and application of it *Unfortunately I ordered I lighter shade than I needed so I contacted Serentia and they were SO helpful and made the exchange really simple. *customer service is excellent, product is great and any queries dealt with professionally and promptly. *Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and colleagues

The colours I received were too pale so I contacted Serentia to exchange for a darker shade. They replied the next day to say it was on its way and to share with friends the colours I had, no need to send back. Very happy with their customer service.

The worst experience ever. In fact SERENTIA will recycle the same message apologizing for you not receiving the product but they will NEVER refund your money. As far as I am concerned they are cheats and they continue to lie telling me they have re shipped the product and when you click on the tracking number, it’s a bogus shipment. They can keep my money because it’s been a very stressful transaction with SERENTIA.
