I ordered what I thought was the correct size, however it was too large. The ring is beautiful so I requested an exchange. Zoey was amazing in helping me to identify the right size and when I had trouble returning due to tariffs from Australia, she offered a solution straight away. I would definitely order more from Serene, the Nebula ring is stunning

I ordered a beautifully crafted ring, the Nebula Drop Ring, from Serene Western. It arrived quickly and the packaging was beautiful. When I tried it on, I realized I accidentally forgot to take into account that it is a wider band, which means I should have ordered one size larger. When I reached out to their support and offered to exchange the ring for a larger size, they blew me away by their response. They told me to keep the ring I received and they would send me a size larger at no extra cost! I am TOTALLY WOWed by their stellar customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Beautiful Rings, but a bit too small. The Company responded promptly to my request to change the rings to a different size. I like the customer service and the quality of the products.

Serene western did a wonderful job putting my order together. They spent time making it and constructing it. I was honestly very surprised on how elegant both of the rings were. Definitely quality made. These rings look much better than some in a jewelry store. Thank you for putting a blessed smile on my face. The only thing I would change is for the customer to be able to pick their free ring they receive with order otherwise I have no complaints. Thank you again. Regards Mary brohm

I received my order. The pieces are absolutely beautiful! The pieces are great quality and i can't wait to wear them. I however had an issues with sizing, they were just a bit to small. I contacted support for an exchange and was immediately responded to with instructions. They made it so easy. Now I just have to wait for the correct sizes.

Love the ring even though I ordered the wrong size but they have worked really good to get me the right size and making the exchange easy. Definitely worth the money I spent
