I ordered several items 2 rings, a necklace and earrings. They were absolutely beautiful. I did have one problem with a necklace and I broght it to their attention and within less than 24 hours they responded and offered a replacement, I got the replacement and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Love their jewelry but honestly their customer service is top notch. You won’t be disappointed. But if you are they will make it right. They are an amazing company with amazing products and customer service. I will only buy Jewlery from this company. Top quality Jewlery, best ever customer service. Honestly they are AMAZING.

Beautiful ring. I bought wrong size customer service did a great job getting back to me and helping me exchange for correct size.

I purchased rings for my 2 granddaughter's graduation. I purchased them a couple of months before their graduation to ensure I had them. I based the size on my ring size thinking them the same size. Was I wrong! The younger granddaughter was 3 sizes larger! When I contacted Serene Western and explained this, not actually expecting them to exchange the ring as I was past the policy rules but was thrilled when they offered me a new ring and returning the other. Their customer service is wonderful. If there is a problem, they sort it out as soon as possible. Also, all of my rings are exactly as I ordered.They sparkle, and the gems really stand out. I wear my rings all of the time, never take them off, unless they need cleaning. They also have a great deal of bling, which is what I look for in my jewelry.
