Even though there were a couple of hiccups,my ring made it to me,they were very helpful and my ring is lovely and of great quality, I would purchase from Serene again

I ordered a ring for my girlfriend on the 12th. It says the product and store are in Arizona. I'm in Arizona. It is now over a week and it still hasn't moved since the 15th and for some reason in Chicago. The false advertising that this is an American company when it ships from China is beyond approach but I have contacted them multiple times through email and all I was told is the weather is stopping it from moving. It's sunny and 75 in chicago and has been for a week.

Bad company! Ring looks nothing like picture on site. To small. Want to return but no response from customer service. 7 emails so far. Phone no# doesn't work. Never order again from them . Waste of money . So fake looking. 😡

Terrible company I wouldn’t even give them one star. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. They suck, my ring is 2 weeks late and it doesn’t matter now because it was for a birthday. My package hasn’t moved since the 4th and it’s a joke I ask for my money back and they just do a run around avoiding giving me my money. Don’t order from here

Sometimes it’s hard to understand reviews as have the people say they’re five star after the people say they’re one star. I guess it’s kind of like politics. I must say I am usually very hesitant ordering from pop-ups on Instagram and Facebook as I have been burned several times. I looked and I looked and I looked at these rings and I knew I wanted one so I finally got off the fence and ordered the brave belt ring in aquamarine and debating myself for 24 hours. I wish I had got it in moissanite. I emailed customer service. They responded said we can change that for you. They did and it was shipped within three days. They do have a problem with their shipper as it laid in Forest Park Illinois for eight days before moving, but they say that they are working on that issue. Once it arrived I must say I was quite hesitant to open the box not knowing what I had ordered that said when I opened the box, the ring was stunning fits well beautiful I am an 82 year-old guy so I’m hoping they’re quite durable, especially the turquoise enamel and I know now I am going to order the aquamarine. Also, I agree a couple times or email responses were slow, but I’ll imagine it did you not have much of a staff for dealing with that I am quite happy with my purchase and dealing with customer service through emails. If you had bad experience sorry I’m going to give them another shot.

Definitely not silver, definitely not real gemstones. My partner bought this ring for me from Serene Western but I immediately had my doubts when he told me the price. So I went online to check. In what world do Ruby rings and Amethyst rings of the exact same cut and size come at the same price? I feel terrible that my partner was scammed like this. It is so wrong.

I wouldnt order from this company. The lack of customer support, communication on thier end just straight up sucks I see why the bbb gives them a f rating. Never received a tracking number paid for fastest shipping cause it was a gift took over a month to show up. Sent email after email no answers to any of those. Finally get the ring set an its nothing like the pics on the website wrong size sent as well.. how they are in business is beyond me. A 5 year old could do better than them. Very displeased with them an if I was you id order else where like antler rings or modern gents SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE DO NOT BUY FROM SERENE WESTERN!!!!!! WORSE COMPANY EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH HANDS DOWN. Today is the 19th of July if that tells how long youll wait they clamp 4 star review from here but thats crap as you can tell by reading everyone's reviews cheap cheap cheaply made an most of the products probably with tarnish or turn different colors im waiting to see. Please dont buy from this company youll thank me by going to morden gents and antler rings
