I ordered a turquoise gem ring and the gem is dull now,no shine it doesn’t look nice since wearing it i won’t order from them again not happy how it looks like now

My only issue is the minimul communication once my order was placed. After a week and no emails I reached out 3 times. I was told there was a delay in setting the center stone. A week after that I finally got an email saying my ring had shipped. So almost 2 weeks after ordering I finally got my ring. The rest of my review is n9thing but love for my beautiful sparkly. Came in great packaging. It's just as I'd hoped. Great quality and just beautiful

Ordered two rings. Both were beautiful and I get complimented all the time when I wear one. Less than thirty days after I ordered them one of the stones in one ring fell off. Contacted customer service, was told they were sending out another one and asked me to return the one that fell apart. The return is on the customer dime even though the stone fell off the ring on maybe the 7th time that I wore it. And now the replacement seems to be lost. Not overly enthusiastic about the issues.

The ring I ordered is beautiful. I would have to say it fits a size smaller than what I ordered but I can still wear it and I love it.

I'll never buy from Serene Western again. I ordered a ring and bracelet and was sent two rings. They never answered my phone calls or responded to the messages. I emailed them and got the same response - nothing and no help. Because of unscrupulous sites like this, I'll just stick with Amazon.

Ring arrived with a loose stone ready to fall out. I have been trying to return this ring for the last 2 weeks or more with no response or reply to take care of this! I need someone to reply to my emails. Also your phone number does not go to anyone so customer service does not exist. I do not recommend purchasing from this company
