If you want quality jewelry at reasonable prices AND great service, I strongly recommend Serene Western. I bought my first ring it was exactly as pictured. Absolutely beautiful! Shortly after, the stone came out and I emailed Zoey at Serene Western. She responded immediately with a sincere apology and included the message that another was on the way to me at no charge. She even included the tracking number. Things happen but it’s all about how you treat your customers and the quality of your product. I’m already working on my next order. They can use me for a reference anytime they want!

Jewelry is worthless. I was gifted a set that was absolutely gorgeous, but after a week of wearing it, it started to change colors from silver to copperish-brown. All the ‘silver’ started to wear off and look disgusting. This company is such a rip off. I would NOT recommend buying anything from them if you want to wear it longer than a week.

I’ve been trying to exchange a ring and have not been very successful getting a hold of the company by phone. No answer and voice mailbox full. Through email they don’t give me the return instructions but just suggest another item.
