I bought an aquamarine ring, When receive. it had a black shadow in the center stone, which ruined the look. I contacted customer service and after sending photos, they replaced the ring at no charge. It is a good quality and I like it. Since customer service is so good, I could recommend.

MY ring arrived and I loved it. Worn it the same day. No washing dishes with it or my hands the ring was removed. Worn it again a few days later and had many complaints. Again off when doing dishes and washing hands. Put it on for the 3rd time in mother's day. Showed it to a friend when she said you have a stone missing. Sure enough not the birth stone but the one to the side. It sits in my jewelry box never to be worn again. After 3 days 3 days. I wrote them but never heard back

Order came In fast. Replacing the damaged ring for free. A customer service number would be helpful instead of just doing it through email though

Beautiful Ring. Great quality! I had to contact Customer support about the color of the ring kinda fading. They got back with me in a few short days and sent me a replacement ring right out, with no other questions ask! Will definitely purchase more items in the future!
