Beautiful rings

I bought 2 rings. Yes they are pretty but one of them didn't look right on my finger. The website says to email them for a return and they would respond within 24 hours. I have sent 4 emails since January 27th. The phone number on the website is not valid. It also states if you are returning for personal reasons, you have 7 days to return or they keep 60%. Horrible customer service!

Shipping took forever, I have emailed them countless times to try and do an exchange with no answer. I tried calling the phone number listed on their website and has a message that they cannot take phone calls. Is the business even real?

I have not received my merchandise, voicemail box is full, emails are not responded to. I did business with them once before, and tried to contact them about a ring that was too large. No response then. I should have known better!
