I purchased a second ring because I loved the first one. I wanted another to fit either my middle finger or index finger. I ordered an 8 thinking it would fit as my ring finger is a 7. The 8 was too tight for the middle/index finger. I asked for an exchange and received email help right away. Every question I have has been answered promptly and a solution is always available. Very impressed with the service!

There was a small issue with the shipping but customer service was absolutely wonderful with helping me to get my order and at responding quickly to my issue. I truly love the pieces that I ordered and THANKS so much to your customer service department. I will definitely order again in the future

The item is just lovely, and I would purchase again. Delivery was a bit long but that was not the fault of Serenewesten. Thank you for this lovely ring.

I complained about the ring, losing its color and shine. They responded immediately, but have done nothing to fix the issue. I sent pictures and I still have no response. The ring was beautiful if they could just make it right. They said that they would waive the repair fee and give me a 50% coupon. But I still have not received any information on how to send the ring back or how to move forward.
