FN105105899 order number How can someone recommend a product to me that does not suit me and then say we cannot refund? The colour matched under your ridiculously fluorescent lights making me look like a burnt clown. And on top of that no refund. You recommend that you don't want to refund anyone now. That's why you will close down very soon I'm.over 60 and I'm exhausted with these ridiculously scamming policies

Würde niemals wieder bei Sephora bestellen. Eine korrekt zurückgesendete Retoure wurde mir nicht vollständig erstattet. Zunächst hieß es, ein Artikel habe im Paket gefehlt. Später wurde behauptet, es sei nur die Verpackung eines Produkts angekommen. Diese widersprüchlichen Aussagen sind schlicht nicht glaubwürdig. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail und Telefon wurde mir die Erstattung und die Bitte um Beweise über transparente Beweise oder nachvollziehbare Dokumentation verweigert. Statt Lösungen zu finden, wird der Fehler offenbar auf die Kundin abgewälzt. Der Umgangston ist unschön, der Service intransparent und für einen internationalen Retailer absolut inakzeptabel. So verliert man Vertrauen und Kundinnen.

Robiłam dziś zakupy w galerii Cuprum w Lubinie. W godzinach koło 13-14. Obsługiwała mnie bardzo miła "starsza" Pani. Przepraszam ale nie znam imienia. Kupowałam rozświetlający od Seleny Gomez. Ta Pani była cudowna. Przemiła, uśmiechnięta. Doradziła, porozmawiała. Była poprostu super. Podziękowania ogromne i pochwała dla tej Pani. Pozdrawiam

Ich habe einen After Adventskalender bestellt. Am 4. Tag kam ein beschädigter Mascara zum Vorschein (Wert 13,99€). Kundenservice extrem unfreundlich und beharrt auf einen 5€ Gutschein als Erstattung. Versandkosten sind bei Sephora 4,95€. Von Verbraucherschutzrecht hat dieser Kundenservice noch nie etwas gehört. Rechtliche Schritte folgen! Ist vermute stark dass absichtlich beschädigte Artikel eingelegt werden. Warnung vor diesem Shop!

Incredible slow refund process! Over 6 weeks before I received my refund. I appreciate that Christmas landed in the middle, but that time frame is still unacceptable. Returned item first week in December, received refund 13th January.

Ordinato online giorno 11 dicembre per regalo di natale . La consegna doveva avvenire entro giorno 16 , ma al giorno 21 dicembre l'acquisto non si sapeva in quale stato fosse . Ho richiesto annullamento , ma ad oggi 13 gennaio ancora nulla nonostante i solleciti ai quali non ho avuto nemmeno risposta . Mai più . sconsigliatissima gestione degli acquisti e del cliente .
