J'adore les magasins Séphora, certaines enseignes sont parfois moins accueillantes que d'autres, mais les conseils sont toujours très précis et pro. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

J'adore se magasin, malgré que as chaque fois que j'y vais un vigile me suit tout le temps dans le magasin. Alors je n'achète rien et je fait demis tours sans rien achetée. Dommage :/ ! (MAIS CE MAGASIN ET SUPERS ET DES SUPERS PRODUIT MÊME DANS LEURS MARQUE SEPHORA ♥.)

Very quality products. Every time i feel excited when i make orders. Customer support is the best. When i want nice products for me or for my friends i trust them. During sale period i found huge discounts. Great!

I bought some make-up from Sephora.com but I didn't use it right away as I still had some left from the previous bottle. When I finally went to use it, more than a month later, there was a problem with it...it was liquid but with clumps in it. I contacted Sephora via email, and they made it so very easy! Despite all the time that had gone by, the sent me a replacement right away and did not make me send the other one back. Very impressive! That kind of customer service makes me prefer to buy everything I can through them. I live a long way from most shops so this makes my life much easier. I have always liked them, but now I'm a fan!

J'ai déjà commandé entre 7 et 8 fois sur le site et je trouve qu'il y a de l'amélioration depuis quelques temps avec un délai de livraison plus court. Mais pour moi il y a encore 1 ou 2 jours de trop au niveau de la préparation de commandes. Ma dernière commande par exemple: commandé le lundi, expédié le mercredi et reçu le vendredi. Pas mal.

I love sephora, and I cant imagine anyone that doesn't. I tend to shop there to often and try to restrain myself from visiting the site all the time. Customer Service on the phone is amazing. Out of the years shopping here I had one issue with my order not being accepted. They were so kind and thought there was an issue on their and but it ended up being my mistake, and we had a good chuckle. The only issue I have is being from Canada, there is a Canadian check out with Canadian prices which makes the products very expensive compared to the USD cost and no its not going by the exchange rate. I actually have no idea how they calculate it. Pro's Free Samples, usually a promotion like free gifts, large selection, birthday gifts and an awesome sales section (great place to look for gifts) I will always love love love Sephora.
