I have been using Sephora products for 5 years now. Last year I ordered 3 highlighters and brushes set online. After 10 days they informed that the set of brushes and the highlighters you ordered are out of stock and will be available after a month or so. I had a vacation scheduled for the month and this news brought extreme disappointment. I am never going to order again online from Sephora.

Today I went into Sephora Beverly Drive to exchange a cover fx pencil I had bought in the wrong color for one in the right color. However, when I got there they didn’t stock the pencils or any concealer pencils whatsoever so I explained this to the attendant and the store a manager and said that I would need to use the credit to buy something else. I had the receipt on my phone and my beauty insider card but still it took over an hour. Finally the manager “Saul ” said that he couldn’t honor the exchange because it was outside the exchange window which was true but the item was brand new and I had the receipt. I had only just noticed it was the wrong color upon opening it today because I tend to buy things in bulk and wait until my other concealers were used before opening the new products. Saul was rude and condescending and said that “I’m gonna make a note on your account that you can’t exchange anything anymore”. This is disgusting . I realize it was outside of the exchange window but I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Sephora and am a VIB there and have hardly ever made any returns in my entire history as a Sephora customer. To be treated like a criminal after spending so much money and having a brand new product with receipt is just not acceptable. This goes completely against the brand. I have always willingly purchased from Sephora knowing that if I ever had a problem (which is almost never) that I would be able to make an exchange. I’ll be buying all my beauty needs from Ulta from now on

Scammers! Never shipped my Clarisonic and locked my account for no reason.

I just left the Sephora South Beach store about an hour ago around 9pm today June 16th 2018 after a security guard at the door disrespected me and harassed me in front of all the managers and sales associates as a client and NOBODY said a thing!!!! There were two doors to the store and I mistakenly tried opening the door that apparently was locked (I couldn't read the sign i'm in the street and it's dark) so headed to the other one. There was a security guard that goes by name of Gio who is obviously NOT American and can barely speak English talking with a strong Russian accent who started yelling at me! "Can't you read a god damn sign?" I said what? He said "Can't you read English??? The sign says "use other door"." I was like you shouldn't be speaking to me this way I am a customer!!! He said "I don't care you're a customer!!!" He got really nasty with me! I kept walking inside the store trying to buy my makeup and he still kept yelling disrespectful things to me from the door saying "you can't a read a a sign!!". I'm not sure how I am supposed to take this harassing and disrespectful treatment as a customer. I just needed to buy makeup. He opened the door and KICKED ME OUT!!! I'm the one who pays ALLLLL of your paychecks A Holes!!!! How am I supposed to take this? I'm so disgusted I promise will NEVER buy at Sephora not online not in stores ever again in my life. Thank god for Amazon! THAT GUY SHOULD BE FIRED OR DEPORTED TO HIS COUNTRY WHERE PEOPLE ARE VIOLENT WITH CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN THIS COUNTRY!

Sephora is tops! Sometimes shipping can be a little slow, but they have the best products with big chose. It's a great sample box and the best out of all I have tried.
