Sephora is amazing. SO many products and their return policy is so great. When you're buying expensive makeup that you've never used before, I think it's so awesome that they allow you to return what doesn't work with no hesitation! Their rewards program is also amazing. The only place I'll ever shop for makeup.

I have sensitive skin so it’s hard to find beauty products for my skin type. thanks to sephora, I found a couple of brands that worked great for me. I want to continue shopping from them but how can I avail their discounts?

Really rude and unknowledgable supervisors at Sephora.com. The store staff are always helpful in my area but anytime I need help online it is a hassle to say the least. they make you feel like a criminal anytime something is wrong with your order. They say "we'll fix the broken item this time..." like who would actually want broken items and wait for them? Super rude and never fix an issue the first time you speak you practically have to beg for good service after spending thousands there every year. If you can buy your item any where else or in store do that!

First off, I bought Paco Rabanne One Million late last year when I visited Belgium, that's how I could differentiate between the original one and this counterfeited version I bought from Sephora Pentagon City in mid June. The smell wears off very quickly. What bothers me more is that I asked the sales lady whether it's an original product and she assured me that Sephora buys directly from the producer. Was she lying or is it the company policy to deal with the black market?!! Either way, SHAME!

Went to the SEPHORA store in Upper Canada Mall. I must say, the store was immaculate, and the employees amazing! Very helpful! More specifically, an employee there by the name of Talia was super helpful and friendly. Talia will be my new “go to” girl for that location. 😁

Too bad I am not able to order many products because I live in the Netherlands. Also alsmot al the samples and the free products you can get with your points cant be shipped so whats the use of those free stuff?
