I ordered a coco mademoiselle perfume by Chanel and i got an email saying it was cancelled and so i called customer service (U.S) and they said that they cancelled it because they couldn't confirm it was me since my billing address and shipping address was different. I confirmed it was me and they re-ordered it for me with 2 Day shipping completely free!!! I got my package a few days later and it arrived tampered. It was missing my items as well as my samples, the box was ripped and i literally cried. i emailed customer service with photos and they responded to me so fast!!! they apologized and offered me a refund or replacement!!! I love their customer service and i will forever continue to shop here.

Beställde en foundation sent på kvällen en tisdag och kunde hämta ut paketet på posten redan på torsdag morgon. Bra utbud av produkter som inte säljs i andra svenska webbshoppar. Väldigt nöjd! :)

I bought 2 shadow palette to this company it took like a week to send me to say that one of the palette was not available and they were going to send me the other one they had immediately told them to cancel it because I did not want anything from these people they still have the palette of shadow in their page online .seriously available they are irresponsible I do not go back to buy anything from them.

If I could give negative stars, I would :( I have shopped in sephora for over 2 years, same location, same sales people/manager that I can tell. This last visit I made is the last (except to return an eye shadow palette because I will no longer contribute to this company ever again). This was the first time ever, I felt threatened and attacked by the manager. All I asked the sales woman is if they had hair masks......HAIR MASKS! She immediately went and got her manager. She began questioning me and wanting to know why was I looking for hair masks....who sent me....she wanted my personal phone number....am I working for a company....if Sephora is gonna send in a photographer they always contact them and let them know ahead of time. She was accusing me of taking pictures, I was showing the sales person a pic on a website of a hair mask. All I asked was if they had any hair masks. W.T.F. was wrong with that??? This is a terrible way to treat a customer....and I will never be a customer of this establishment ever again.

Ho acquistato online il fondotinta di Kat Von D, il lock it, (già usato, mi era semplicemente finito e l'ho ripreso) il mio preferito da quando è uscito. Mi arriva nei giorni stabiliti, consegna ed il resto tutto ok. Provo a stenderlo con la beauty blender e sembra tutto ok, dopo mezz'ora avevo la faccia a chiazze (cosa che con il precedente non mi era mai successa, anche se lo stendevo di fretta come una forsennata e zero professionalità solo con le mani, era sempre perfetto). Convinta di sbagliare io qualcosa, continuo ad utilizzarlo cambiando sempre tecnica, in combo con primer ed altro. Niente da fare, avevo l'effetto vitiligine. Chiamo il servizio clienti di sephora per sapere se avessero cambiato formulazione oppure se in caso, il mio fondo fosse difettoso. Ovviamente la risposta è stata che loro non potevano farci niente. Quasi 40€ di fondo buttati nel cesso, loro manco a pagarli cercano di venirti incontro per una soluzione. Il fondo era chiaramente difettoso/scaduto eppure non sono stata creduta minimamente. Mi spiace solo che determinati marchi li venda solo sephora, altrimenti dopo questa pessima esperienza manco sotto tortura ci sarei più entrata.

Servizio sopracciglia Benefit. Il risultato non è affatto quello che mi avevano descritto. Hanno nettamente peggiorato la forma delle mie sopracciglia (danno a lungo termine) e fatto una banale tintura come fa qualsiasi estetista e che io NON volevo. Tra l'altro colore sicurissimo, quasi nero, quando io sono castana chiara. Trucco pessimo, avevo un appuntamento importante e mi sono vergognata. Nessuno ha fatto niente per rimediare alla mia insoddisfazione. PESSIMO.
