I have never had a good customer experience at any Sephora. They treat you like your invisible, are not helpful, rude and zero customer service skills. Compared to ULTA there is no comparison. I will patronize ULTA and will not recommend Sephora to any of my friends or my followers on Social Media.

Avevo bisogno di un rossetto ed ho deciso di affidarmi ad una commessa, la sig.ra EMMA. Posso dire che mai avevo trovato una consulente tanto preparata e capace quanto Emma. Mi ha saputo consigliare con competenza, accuratezza e cortesia rara da trovare. Una professionista veramente preparata! Tornerò sicuramente da Sephora Santa Maria Novella per farmi consigliare ancora da Emma.

Mi sono recata al negozio Sephora di Brescia (al centro commerciale Freccia Rossa). Per quanto riguarda il servizio, niente da dire. Staff disponibile e gentile. Le commesse si sono offerte più volte di aiutarmi e mi ha fatto molto piacere. Il problema sta nel fatto che ho fatto un acquisto di 92 euro, tra cui una matita per sopracciglia, che non era nella confezione! Era un regalo di compleanno e ho fatto una figuraccia. Inoltre, alla cassa ho fatto la carta di Sephora e niente, me l'hanno passata ma niente punti! Boh! Sono basita

I’ve been shopping at Sephora throughout the years, mostly online. There are some things I don’t agree with, like their change up on rogue shipping, a lot of orders since the beginning of the year have been taking way longer than what I’m used to to arrive. And a few times my order had arrived without any of my sample picks. But any single time I have an issue with product or shipping and I contact them, they always go above and beyond to take care of it. They’ve replaced products free of charge, expedited shipping that was taking too long, resent a full order when the carrier lost my package. They also have the best rewards program. I freaking love Sephora and will forever be a Sephora customer.

surprised to see this site get so much hate! I have only encountered super friendly customer service that were always ready to help and offer suggestions. Yes, they may take a while to respond but their friendliness makes up for it :-)

Habe mir eine Foundation bestellt & mit Paypal gezahlt. Den Artikel habe ich nie erhalten. Auch keine Info, wo dieser abgeblieben ist bzw. ob ich ihn noch bekomme oder nicht. Der Kundenservice konnte mir keine Auskunft geben. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Sephora is a good beauty catch all site for makeup and hair care. It is expensive though. Everything is full price most of the time but you can get free shipping for a year with the Flash program. You get 2 free samples with every order & with promo codes, you can get deluxe samples with purchases over $25. They have a decent point system too. Their play box is fun. But samples are often missing or supplemented. I like the selection and each week there's a sale lineup of a few items too.

I like the wide selection of products available. From skincare to makeup, they have it all. It's a little pricey but all makeup is generally expensive. My favourite part is how you can get free samples of nearly anything. The only thing I wish Sephora did more often is sales or gift with purchases. For example, if you buy makeup from The Bay, you can get free gifts if you spend enough. (and you can usually get these gifts by buying one or two items) So they need to work on having better deals.
