ULTA ULTA ULTA!!!!!!! Sephora has THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've been a customer since 2006. Customer service has always been below average, but I'm seriously fed up with them now. On March 6, I bought a perfume sampler pack. There are five full-size samples included and a voucher for a full-sized bottle of one of the included products. The next day, I already knew I wanted CLEAN Skin. The store was sold out. I was told to check back in a week. I did. Still sold out. This continued for four weeks. On weeks five AND six, a salesperson put me on a "list," suggested I drove another 80 miles, and order it online (but I'd have to pay again because vouchers can be used in JCP Sephoras only, not online.) Yesterday was 7 1/2 weeks and still nothing. How can a company SELL a product voucher and then not carry/stock the items offered? I basically paid $70 for five perfume samples. Take your money and run, people!!!

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben. Die Verkäufer im sephora in Stuttgart sind unfreundlich ohne Ende, haben kein Bock zu beraten, verdrehen wenn man sie etwas fragt genervt die Augen und Proben habe ich selbst bei 100€ Einkaufswert noch nie bekommen! Gestern hieß es laut einem aufsteller dass man ab 25€ ein goodie bekommt. Nachdem die Verkäuferin meine Sachen in die Tüte geschmissen hat und ich Micha benommen hatte wies ich Sie darauf hin worauf ich nur ein pampiges „nur beim Einkauf von tarte Sachen!“ bekam. Auf meine Antwort, dass ich zwei Sachen von tarte gekauft habe bekam ich keine Reaktion und sie hat einfach weiter kassiert. Noch nie habe ich so unfreundliche Mitarbeiter gesehen!

Die schlechten Erfahrungen der vorherigen Bewerter kann ich nicht teilen. Habe bei Sephora 2 Duftsets bestellt. Die Sachen wurden mir nach nur 3 Tagen geliefert. Es sind keine Plagiate. Alles top.

I love the mascara they made but now they've stopped selling it. Buying online is easy to do but over the years they've reduced the perks you get with buying with them and now I can get the same products cheaper elsewhere.

I have never had a problem with them, although my age is off for some reason and you have to call to get it changed. That is very dumb, I also wish that shipping had went a tiny bit faster. Other than that 0 problems.
