I have been a long time Sephora customer and always experienced excellent customer service... not the case yesterday! I entered the Brittain Rd store (closing permanently soon) only to find two employees trying on make-up and completely ignoring me. When I told one that I’m ready to check out, she sighed heavily and trudged up to the register. I had an item that was in the clearance section and she told me that it was a “tester” and could not be purchased (there were about 20 more in the bin). When I told her there were others in the bin, she very slowly said” they are testers, you cannot buy them!” I felt like walking out but purchased the other items. The sales girl almost threw the bag of item on the counter and walked away. I’m appalled at her behavior and poor customer service skills! I may just order items from another site after this experience-disgusted in Ohio

Una grandissima delusione; ho acquistato poco sul sito online di Sephora, ma tutte le volte che l'ho fatto mancava sempre qualche prodotto; ultimamente ho ordinato un paio di pennelli, la scatola con i prodotti all'interno sono arrivati veramente in pessime condizioni e in più, manca un pennello; ho prontamente contattato il servizio clienti ma non rispondono, è da giorni che provo.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took 15 people and 1 month of emails to resolve a very minor issue with my account meanwhile someone has hacked in to my gift card and stolen my gift card. When I call up they let me know someone else under a different name has used it even though it was addressed to me!!! And it was my problem not Sephora’s. How can a multi billionaire company be so useless and stand by thieves!! I will NEVER use Sephora again. What the hell is $100 to you!! I’ve been a customer for years and have Spent ALOT of money over the years thanks for nothing

I am an international customer who shops on Sephora.com. It’s great, until you want to return something. Their customer service is atrocious; all they give is non-answers or they totally evade my request for a return. I have sent multiple emails and the same thing over and over. If you offer international orders, you should offer proper customer service to international customers. Makes me think I should give up returning the product and donate/gift it or something. Will not be shopping there again.

Really non-transparent policies - the return policy is not as amazing as it sounds. You pretty much cannot return a product if you are not satisfied, like they state you are supposed to be able to do. Experienced a complete violation of privacy information as it was distributed without my consent to others. Also an absolutely terrible rewards system. Thank god ULTA is such an amazing beauty retailer because I will be taking all of my business there from now on instead.

I'd give them zero stars if it were and option. I called their customer service number to get assistance with ordering makeup. The first time I tried I thought I had dialed the wrong number. A woman jumped into a big long sales pitch for medical alert devices!? I kept saying no no no I need help ordering makeup. She wouldn't shut up. I hung up and tried again....the second attempt was a long drown out sales pitch for roadside assistance. Wth???? I don't have time for this nonsense. I'll go to Macy's or Ulta for my makeup needs from now on. Cuz I want makeup, not endless sales pitches.

I give 0 stars. I ordered cleanser from them was told in writing 1 to 3 days delivery. Just got an email says now 6 days for delivery. So what you advertise 1 to 3 days is just downright lies and now I cant get the product on time because someone changed to 6 days to deliver. Why lie in advertisement. Why not say we are incompetent and cant deliver on time and you wont get your order as you expect it. Store is not stocked at all, came in for a cleanser and they have 2 cleanser products available to sample but none to buy. How do you sample a cleanser? Lol. Absolutely hate Sephora. Will go to Blue Mercury they are always well stocked and deliver on time
