Sephora online is the worst. I had to call regarding the product I returned in the return window, 30 days. The first, second, and third staff informed me that if I dropped the dispute with them, they would be able to issue a refund to me. But I was wrong, I dropped the dispute, and after several attempts to get the refund on this one item, they still said they would not be refunding for the item anymore! I have over 15K points with them and have been a ROUGE member for years. This is extremely disappointing. Will not be shopping at Sephora anymore. NEVER AGAIN.

Extremely poor customer service with online purchase and misinformation. I had purchased some items around the holidays on the sephora website and decided to return them still new in box never opened. I printed out the prepaid shipping label that sephora provided for the return off their website and shipped it back. Some time later I recieved an email from Sephora stating I returned the items outside the 60 return window and refused to provide a credit or ship the items back. After multiple back and forth emails where I requested the items back if they were not going to provide a credit, they refused. They admitted that I should not have received a shipping label to send the items back if it wasn't eligible for a return, however, they still would not give a credit and kept the items. I also noticed on their website that one of the items I sent back is now back in stock after being discontinued...looks like they're reselling the items they refused to give me a credit on. After such a horrible experience I decided to not shop at Sephora online anymore and requested they deactivate my account. They promptly responded that my account had been deactivated, however, this was a lie. They instead went into my profile account and changed my email associated with the account. I was still able to get into my account and had to manually delete all my information in the account. Also, they did not deactivate my shipping auto renewal so I had to manually cancel it. If I hadn't double checked they would have continued charging me for yearly shipping. Really unfortunate that they don't care about their customers. Will not purchase on Sephora online again.

Thank you to the lady who advised me to buy this new face cream. I have tried it for a couple of days and I just love it! And also it was really nice for you to give me a birthday present. Keep up the good work :)

I love shopping online or in store (but sometimes the stores are soooo craaazzzy busy) and I can't get away from it - with all the rewards and perks. However I just wish they offered an extended return policy for the holidays. I purchased the dyson hair dryer as a gift during the VIB sale. I ended up returning it, but they also shortened their return policy... so now I have a lot of credit for a xmas gift.. and no extended policy for people buying gifts!

FALSE ADVERTISING! Buyer beware! I went in this store to buy a pro brush which an associate then ordered for me online because they were sold out in store. After the order was complete, I was told that it was not half off even though there was a sign that said "50% off pro brushes". When I asked to speak to a manager, she informed me that it was on select brushes. I told here there was no asterisk or disclosure that said as such and that it was false advertising. Her response? "I know. You can wait for the package and then return it." She didn't take the sign down, nor did she try to make it right by honoring the advertised price. Shame on you Sephora Lynnfield, MA!

Sephora.Nel negozio di Carugate sono sempre state molto gentili, ma in questi store non basta. Mancava una figura che ti guidasse con cortesia e tanta professionalità che sapesse consigliarti dopo aver capito i tuoi gusti. Ebbene ė arrivata la signora Clara che con pazienza e tanta tanta professionalità ha saputo guidarci e soddisfare in toto le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo speso con immensa soddisfazione circa 200€ che senza il sorriso e la grande competenza di Clara non avremmo fatto. Complimenti queste sono le persone che un cliente si augura di trovare alla guida dei propri acquisti. N.R.

A cordialità e gentilazza hanno persone capaci e in gamba. In quanto a chiarezza delle offerte, ha un Marketing fraudolento e ingannevole, meriterebbero un sopralluogo, come comunicazione e esposizione dei cartelli. Facile giocare con gli sconti che non sono reali
