Ordered a few items and spend $100 around Nov 27 and supposed to get it by Dec 7. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t gotten my package, and I cant even track it cause they don’t know where my package is.

Ich warte seit über zwei Wochen auf mein Paket , dhl hat es anscheinend mehrmals falsch ausgeliefert und jetzt steht da , dass das Paket beschädigt ist ! Mehrfach Kundendienst kontaktiert , Keine Reaktion etc von Sephora , ich möchte mein Geld wieder !!!

Ich kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen um ehrlich zu sein nicht nachvollziehen. Meine Bestellung kam am nächsten Tag an (ich habe aber noch lange vor Black Friday bestellt). Durch die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen hier hatte ich echt Angst vor der Retoure. Aber ich muss sagen alles lief reibungslos. Ich hatte dem Kundenservice noch eine Frage gestellt und erhielt ein paar Stunden später schon direkt eine Antwort. Meine retoure wurde innerhalb weniger Tage abgewickelt und das Geld hatte ich ebenso innerhalb von wenigen Tagen wieder auf meinem Konto. Ich kann also wirklich nichts negatives sagen.

0 stars if I could. Package never got delivered because they hire people who can't even locate a house. I was waiting to get this today but NOPE. Customer service Rep on the phone doesn't even know how to process a refund. Ridiculous. Get your crap together and hire better people.

ho ordinato piu di 2 settimane fa dei trucchi da regalare ad una mia amica e nonostante l'ordine sia stato accettato senza problemi per colpa della schifosa localizzazione di sephora il corriere non e riuscito a trovare la via, adesso io in passato o sempre ordinato con amazon o altri siti e tutte le volte riuscivano a trovare la mia via soltanto sephora non riesce. poi il servizio clienti e pessimo non posso chiamare perché hanno ancora quei numeri a pagamento che nessuno usa più, ho provato a scrivere diverse volte con la mia mail e attualmente aspetto ancora la risposta. in sintesi: sito(per quanto riguarda le spedizioni) scadente, servizio di consegna scadete, il servizio clienti e svogliato e non a voglia di fare niente. pessimo sito sappiate che avete perso una cliente vergognatevi io sto ancora aspettando il mio rimborso

Ich habe zwar nicht viel bestellt, aber bin sehr zufrieden. Letzte Woche bestellt und heute kam das Paket an. Es war echt schön verpackt und alles war drin. Hatte keine Probleme und bin sehr zufrieden
