Retoure ging verloren und auf Bezahlung der vollen Rechnung wird bestanden. Es hat ein halbes Jahr gedauert, bis SEPHORA überhaupt auf Mails reagiert hat. Ich habe das Erste und letzte Mal bei Sephora bestellt.

Very poor pandemic return plan. A shower gel I've used for many years has been on backorder since Dec. 2020. I decided to try the soap. The scent was so strong it filled the shipping box. I had to return it to the warehouse because they were not excepting returns at the store. I was told they needed to hold the product in quarantine for 2 weeks before they could do a refund. How does that make any sense or practical in any way? They can give me a refund and then quarantine the product for eternity if they wish. So I have to wait 30 days for a refund? Sephora using the pandemic as a reason to abandon their once unrivalled customer service is deplorable and a shame. As other reviews note, Sephora is not the only place that carry the brands I frequently replenish. Hope Sephora is reading these reviews. You guys have to go back and remember that customer loyalty is earned.
