SephoraReviews of sephora.com

PESSIMA LEI... LE COMMESSE SONO ECCEZIONALI ❤️

Poor cust experience. I’ve probably went five emails and keep getting bot response. I didn’t receive my parcel and they claim it was delivered to my address? No call card. Response was “check with your neighbours” so you really think j will go to that energy? Most likely someone has kept it. am still waiting on someone competent to reply and action my request. PATHETIC NEVER AGAIN

BEWARE! I went to Sephora at Westfield Culver City to buy eyeliner. They were out of stock so the sales person offered to have it shipped for free. I agreed and paid with gift cards that I had. Since my gift card was used up in this transaction, she threw it away. I got an email a few days later stating that my order had been cancelled due to the product being out of stock online. I called customer service and they said it was credited to my account but it wasn't there. I did an online chat with their customer service and spoke to Jessica. It took 45 minutes but finally there was what I thought was a resolution. Jessica informed me that her supervisor had put the entire amount due to me back onto the second gift card (which I still had) since the other one was thrown away. I later checked my balance and was not refunded. I went back on the chat where I spoke to Haley. Another 25 minutes later and she informed that her supervisor Jennifer would not help her resolve this and that I need to call customer service again if I wanted any kind of credit after I suggested that they can just send me a new gift card with the balance due. Both Haley and Jessica were nice and tried to help but were unable to due to their supervisor Jennifer so I do not blame them. Because of this I rate Sephora's customer service a zero. Was on the phone for over an hour where they kept pretending they were refunding me but didn't. They were the ones who cancelled my order not me!!! I have been a loyal customer for many years and now I feel scammed by them.

Purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa. Servizio ritiro in negozio pessimo.

Come posso risolvere?
