SephoraReviews of sephora.com

Fake offers not available to buy. Like the Foreo Luna 3 plus. When I click to buy it, it does not offer delivery? and it's not available to pick up in the store either?! This is just scam to have visits to the website and increase the webtraffic. It should not be allowed. It's not the first time it happens to me. Terrible experience.Sorry

Creating an online account takes 1 minute, but for deleting it they want your name, mail, and full address. US service replied with "Nope, can't do it because you have to write EU service". You can't simply close the account online. This is so crazy bad. Sephora, wow - you actually made me hate your service. And that's usually hard to do.

Very disappointed 😞😔😕never will I buy a sophera gift cards or purchase anything from their store. Bought a gift card for my neice and it said no balance on the cards. Call them up and nothing they can do.

Prezzi allucinanti prodotti che costano un 15%in piu rispetto alle altre profumerie nazionali scandalosi da evitare vergogna ladri

Easy to order online and lots of good deals on quality products. Really dont know what others are complaining about - perhaps I just order items in stock and live in city where no delivery issues but never had any issues.

Sephora is not a place for me.....I did the best I could for Sephora at liberty tree mall inside kohls...The first day I had a hard time with the female who was the lead...wen I first got hired I specifically said Ill work every other weekend..she schedule me for every other Saturday to the Sunday..meaning I wanted Saturday and sunday together..I worked hard to get beauty insider from the customers.....then she said I had to cut my nails....for hygiene I dont work in healthcare anymore...Im not cutting my nails for no one sorry im not doing it..She also said customers complain about my nail..that's not true because this female I was working with is a whiner always running crying and telling on her workers wen she cant get her way..that's not cool..the person who's the lead didn't like how I talk I was cool how I was talking nice didn't raise my voice at all ..but somehow she didn't like how I spoke to her. She also said how the cameras in wisconsin is watching thats a lie because they go where the cameras are in the store and watch u I never went shopping and came back hf hour later..I always tell where im going and Ill do my shopping on my break. plus the lead is never around to let her know so I tell whoever is in the store with me...wen I said that I cant work no more sundays ok she was willing to give me that but wen I said cant work pass 7 anymore..Im not going to be coming home in the dark I dont drive I take the bus im not going to travel in the snow or rain in the winter time never did never will. the female from kohls said the schedule is set and she cant make change but she can give me Sundays..don't sound right to me. I said if u cant full fill what I want this is my last day I will no longer will work here ever again..I got up and I left...there has been a few people who has left on the count of the person who is the lead for Sephora the management talk about their employees instead of helping them and telling them how great a job their doing....the pay is not good u can feel the bad vibes in the store...Sephora need better management..I didlike her ways..Im glad im not there anymore...the lead is always in the back snitching if not that in the camera room with lp watching the workers we have to walk around like zombies..there was a person who came in Sephora and did dust check with his finger the store is dusty which it is u can see the dust on the floor..I also remember wen I first started the female who the lead said to me get over in skincare and learn the product thats the only way you gong to know about it.she has no management skills.she suppose to teach and be nice...I want to say this standing on my feet all day takes a toll on the heel of ur feet and it hurt I dont care how much I buy good standing sneakers it still hurts..I know from experiences of being a cna...its sad how she treat her employees......she has her favorites also..a manager suppose to treat everyone equal..cant hang around the cash wrap mmm it funny how everyone does the lead dont say nothing but if I try to hang around here comes the lead u cant hang around the register ......GOD dont like ugly..the lead is not a nice female but a fake one...dont like phony people....smile in your face talk about u behind ur back..so sad........sign I pray I never have to work with no one like that ever again....
