They are rude and do not care about…Lost another good customer
They are rude and do not care about their customers even their Rouge Members…Plus Buyer beware when ordering from their app or online they will take your money for an order you have placed even though they put an error message that they could not do your order but they take your money anyways…This is wrong…Sephora in the past only charged once the order was shipped now they charge you right away whether they can do the order or not…I am Rouge and looking forward to shopping with Ulta

Cutting up my Sephora Credit Card
I have no issue with the Sephora store or service itself. I have always been pleased. But I will be cutting my Sephora credit card up after being harrassed by Comenity Bank.
I always pay my bills in full and on time via Chase online. In August, I paid my bill on the date due. In Sept, I received a bill for roughly $40 for penalty and interest. I checked with Chase and the bill was paid on the date due. I called Comenity and they said they reversed the charge. But this weekend and today, non stop phone calls and text messages concerning my past due $40. After an unintelligible representative mumbles on the phone, I asked for a supervisor and, when I eventually got one, she told me that this was Comenity's procedure (to harrass until the next payment is made).
I have worked hard to have a credit rating over 800. I don't appreciate being treated like a deadbeat. NO MORE SEPHORA CREDIT CARD. THE PERKS NOT WORTH COMENITY HARASSMENT.

👎👎👎VIALE MARCONI ROMA
👎👎Decisamente.

I have been used sephora for more than 8 years. They have many cosmetic brands that I like to shop as NARS, Bobbi Brown etc. Also they give small gift package on your birthday so I could try samples from differnt brands as well. I want to recommend to my sister as well.

Sephora Accepted Stolen Credit Card and Is Not Helpful In Resolving It
My credit card was stolen and used to purchase nearly $200 worth of merchandise from Sephora. I have never had any business with this company. When I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, Sephora told them that merchandise was shipped and delivered to my home address, which did not happen. I work from home, and my work space faces the entrance that a delivery service has to make.
I called Sephora to find out more about this transaction. When I spoke to the manager, the manager kept pumping me for the very information I was disputing in the first place, without offering anything helpful in return. The CSR I spoke to previously said that the Sephora account, which I *DO NOT HAVE*, is tied to a yahoo.com email address. This is *not* the domain of any email address I own. The manager refused to confirm even that much. The CSR told me that the delivery seems to have gone to an address on the other side of the state, where I have *never* lived, and the possible addresses that they read back to me are places I have never set foot. The manager, on the other hand, asked for my address, and when ai provided my correct address, said that's where this mystery package went.
The interaction with the manager struck me as more of a social engineering exercise on her part than a good faith dispute resolution. I would not recommend Sephora for online transactions, and I would be *very* careful of credit or debit cards. They put more effort into stonewalling resolving a fraudulent transaction than into preventing them in the first place. A little bit of verification before accepting a credit card transaction would have gone a long way. This is fraud, plain and simple, and they were worse than useless in helping to resolve it.
