Very disappointed with sephora, I have ordered 5 expensive products and one of them came as it was open plus their gift bag which apparently is worth 120pound or over its hardly worth 60. Shame as I was a loyal costumer but I guess it's better to just buy from the shop directly

Vergognoso il servizio clienti e il controllo qualità, incompetenza completa nel gestire un problema. Ho acquistato un fondotinta che mi è stato consegnato con un buco ,la confezione era intatta quindi non è stata colpa del trasportatore , al quale hanno dato la colpa. Ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha detto di scaricare il modulo di reso e rispedire il prodotto ( a mie spese !!). Dopo una settimana il prodotto mi viene riconsegnato che perché l’indirizzo di spediZione indicato nel loro modulo di reso era errato . Richiamo il servizio clienti che da la colpa a me ( il modulo aveva il copyright sephora ) e solamente a seguito di una minaccia legale mi confermano il loro errore . Soluzione : rispedire il prodotto sempre a mie spese . Hanno sbagliato dall inizio alla fine e L unico che ci ha rimesso è stato il cliente . Dopo un mese dall’ordine ( e pagamento ) non sono ancora in possesso di quanto ordinato . Vergognosi . La definirei una truffa per smaltire i prodotti fallati

Horrible experience! Do not order from them!!! They use Evri which is a terrible delivery service, and they have done nothing to help find my parcel which I ordered over a month ago. They make sure you can’t call them, and their reviews on their website are edited. So sad as I loved Sephora in America.

Ordered an advent calendar on next day delivery. The order got to Evri who then let it get stolen at their depot. No update from Sephora on any delay. I then had to wait for a long time on the chat to finally get through to someone who then sent another advent calendar on next day delivery. The exact same thing happened again, it gets to the Evri depot then its stolen by one of their members of staff. So then again had to wait online for probably an hour to get through to someone on chat, to be told that they need to wait 24 hours to get an update from Evri before they progress any replacement. During this 24 hour period the advent calendars are sold out so then they cant send me another. They assured me they would update me within 24 hours which they didnt so then a week later Im back on chat waiting for them to be free. Response given was we will process a refund for you but cant send any replacement. No proper apology or any sign of actual concern that their parcels are being stolen at the Evri depot. I asked for an alternative company to deliver the second parcel and they couldnt as Evri are the cheapest and thats who they use. Evri are cheap for a reason as they are untrustworthy and Sephora should step away from them if they have any sense. But they wont as they are cheap. Really poor customer service throughout and no updates provided at any point even when they assured me they would. DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible experience with Sephora. My order went missing and then they resent leaving one item out of the package. I paid for items I never received and no refund or replacement was offered. Customer service dont even reply Avoid at all costs !

Worst customer service, paid for gift wrapping and received my items all loosed in a box, my daughter got her present in there I left conditions, firts time I used Sephora and the last time

Chiamo per tre volte il servizio clienti per un pacco non consegnato e chiedo di informarsi con chi consegna (poste peggio di peggio ) mi parlano dei tempi di consegna dicendomi che prima non era in consegna poi si poi si vero ma noi non possiamo fare niente , gli dico che non lo voglio più e mi dicono che comunque nn decidono loro quando consegnare ma il corriere .... cioè tra voi e loro (poste ) uno più incompetente dell'altro perché si passavano la palla a vicenda . Ultimo acquisti per me
