ORDERED A MAKE UP SET AND PAID EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT SO IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT IT CAME THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY CAME AND WENT BUT THERE IS NO SIGN OF MY PARCEL. LIVE CHAT KEEPS DISCONNECTING, EMAILS GO UNANSWERED.. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND PEACE OF MIND AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE....THESE GUYS ARE JUST OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S IT.. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Customer service poor. Copied and pasted response to help I requested RE a rewards voucher to redeem. Didn't address anything I'd asked for help with just information about the rewards scheme itself. Lazy. Sent a response asking for someone more senior to contact me to discuss. Nothing... Tried to delete account. That's a rigmarole in itself so gave up. Won't order from companies not valuing customers. Without orders, they don't have a business. Hopefully someone from the company will read these reviews on here and act.

I ordered my girlfriend some things from the website. Not only did I get overcharged for delivery but I never got the item on time. I messaged the customer service and got nothing back from them. Not even an email saying sorry just nothing. Honestly keep away from this company as much as you can. They do not care about anyone who has spent money with them. I have forwarded the information to as many people as I can because honestly it’s theft. Never ever ever will I be using Sephora, my girlfriend also says that the items are not that great so massively overpriced. I will be posting this story on as many places as I can to show just how bad they treat supposed customers

Sephora ship times are HORRIBLE right now. Placed an order sat nov 5 and as of today 11th hasn’t shipped yet. Tomorrow will be a week! Im never ordering from them again. Ulta much better - sometimes they ship same day!

I purchased products as always and was very disappointed to find out one of my items was cracked and kept falling out. I phoned customer service and they basically just said too bad. The product was expensive and I felt very disappointed in the outcome.
