Terrible company. I will never use them again amd should have read reviews. I ordered a perfume set which never arrived. They claimed to have ordered again and same thing. Customer service asked me to wait but its been long enough now and will seek a refund. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!

Ordino on-line, anche se solitamente preferisco fare acquisti in negozio e mi arriva un pacco in perfette condizioni, quindi non manomesso, ma mancante di due articoli all’interno, uno dei quali ha una confezione piuttosto grande già di suo infatti è una cipria, altresì noto che ad occhio e croce il cartone di imballo usato non avrebbe mai potuto contenere 4 articoli. Contatto il servizio clienti e mando loro tutto quanto mi viene richiesto a mezzo mail, con foto dettagliatissime!! Non so più nulla per parecchio tempo, sollecito varie volte una risposta sull’invio della merce mancante ed alla fine (dopo più di un mese) mi rispondono con una mail in cui mi dicono che il pacco spedito era per loro conforme e che quindi non procederanno ad inviarmi alcuna merce e nè quindi procederanno ad un rimborso. Contatto nuovamente il Servizio Clienti e faccio notare che, oltre alla grandezza del pacco, esiste riportato e ben visibile un peso specifico di quanto inviatomi e che era assurdo da parte loro negare ogni negligenza. Ancora una volta nulla di fatto, infine mi sono dovuta rivolgere a PayPal per avere quanto mi spettava. Mai più acquisterò da Sephora, neanche nei negozi della mia città. Hanno mostrato inaffidabilità e nessuna serietà. Ero cliente da più di dieci anni, peggio per loro!

Ordered a PMD body brush on their website, the picture shown on the website is Berry but did not realise the URL description was "blush", received the item in "blush" due to this and have been trying to get it returned so that I could reorder the right one. Due to PMD being a "concession brand", the customer service is useless as they have been taking >1 day at least to get back to me for a simple question on how to return the product! If I knew I would have ordered it on LF, the only reason why I chose Sephora was that they have the berry colour in stock and Sephora elsewhere had been brilliant. You need to set up properly if you want a share of the market here in the UK, the experience is appalling and I am still waiting to return if they allow me to, looks like I'm going to miss the Black Friday deal somewhere else! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM people.

Order went missing, (EVRI to blame it looks like) SEPHORA decided without consultation to issue partial refund, partial replacement. Unable to get through to customer services via any means, link to messenger, twitter etc broken. Online forms broken Very frustrating,

I ordered some makeup items before Black Friday and I bought them with a discount, got a msg 3days ago that it’s delivered to my local shop, and I went there to pick it up and there’s no item for me. Contacted Sephora and they refunded me my money back, not even an exchange? They didn’t send anything and they probably did that so I missed out on the Black Friday sale! Don’t bother with the Black Friday sale! It’s rubbish

So disappointed to receive an Aromatherapy introduction to sleep gift pack from this company - it has biro marks across both sides of the makeup bag the gift comes in and dirty on the bottom. I shall never buy from this dreadful company again. Only wish I had read the earlier reviews before placing the order.

Such a poor company to deal with. I ordered goods on an overnight service and 4 days later it's still in transit! Customer service is non existent. First and last time buying from them and I will never buy from Sephora again! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I'm tempted to cancel the transaction with the credit card company. No wonder Amazon are winning hands down on online ordering!
