Do not use Sephora UK! I used Feel Unique for years so continued to use Sephora UK. I made an order 16 days ago and it has still not arrived. I have had no update. I have been trying to contact Sephora UK since 7 days after my order and it is impossible. The Messenger and Twitter links on the website are for the US Sephora and they will not deal with UK queries. I have emailed numerous times in the last week and a half and had no response. The webchat should be active 9am-5pm but is never online no matter what day / time i try. I have paid my money and have no product or update.

My order was dispatched on the 5th December and I still haven’t received it. I had one initial response from your customer service team saying I need to give my parcel 2-3more days than usual to arrive. That means 8 (working) days total. We are now in 11. I have tried contacting Sephora 3 times since on 3 different channels, one of which is based in the US - very useful 🙄!! This order contains Christmas presents and now o don’t know whether to buy them again or what. Truly disgraceful service, which is such a shame as I always had a great experience with Feel Unique!

Der Kundendienst nimmt sich die Frechheit raus zu behaupten , dass ich keinen Widerruf machen könnte sondern ich müsste warten und dann wenn ich die Ware irgendwann geliefert bekomme....dann diese retournieren...Ich welcher Welt leben sie denn??? Paypal hat zugestimmt das das Geld noch nicht bei Sephora ist!!!!! Das ist ein unmögliches Geschäftsgebaren wieder werde ich bei Ihnen einkaufen.

I also wish I had read theses reviews before making a purchase. Buyer beware. I placed an order on the 26th November for eyeshadows, I received an email on the 27th November saying they had been dispatched and would be delivered via courier. Today is the 20th December so it’s clear they were either never dispatched or they are lost. I contacted Sephora via ‘feelunique’ after a few days they responded stating that they will send out the goods again. It is now far too late as they were bought as a Christmas present. I replied stating it’s too late and I now request a refund. They have ignored my reply. Do not buy from them. I will need to take this up with my credit card company

I ordered 2 perfumes in November i just recieved one perfume the cheapest one i bought among the 2.to say am disappointed is an understatement.

I placed an order on 10 December for things for my daughter’s Christmas. Then got an email saying one part of my order had been despatched. Checked Evri tracking, my order was out for delivery on 13 December. No delivery. Evri had allegedly attempted delivery that day, which was a downright lie, then on the tracking they want more information regarding my address!!! How could they have attempted delivery but need directions for my address? I’ve emailed Sephora a few times now, no reply. I’ve done the help bit with Evri regarding directions to my house giving them phone numbers and my email, they’ve not gotten in touch with me either, though I do have 4 incident numbers from them. What use are they??? Evri tell you to wait for so many days then get in touch with the company you ordered from. Pointless when Sephora won’t reply to your emails! I doubt if part of my order will be delivered now before Christmas. I wish I’d read reviews before I placed my order. Will NEVER order anything from them again.

Horrendous! I’ll never order again! Communication non existent, weeks to arrive….if you need something for a birthday gift then save yourself a headache and pop into town because you’ll never get anything on time from Sephora and that’s if it ever turns up at all!

Wish i read reviews order item but was sent wrong item at a fraction of the cost.dont answer phone nor emails.awful company
