SephoraReviews of sephora.com

As with everyone, parcle missing with Evri. Raised a lost parcle ticket with Sephora days ago, followed this up with an email to customer service on a daily basis. Still no refund or reply given.

Great products, great company

Same as the others. Use Evri as a delivery company and who knows where my order is. Will be asking for a refund and never shopping here again. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother with shopping here.

Esperienza allucinante.

I wish I could put 0. I was so happy when I found out that Sephora was coming to the UK that I put in a very large order of £300 and paid for next day delivery. I made this order on the 11th December and expected it to arrive Atleast a few days later and probably wouldn’t have said anything if it came a few days late. However, my order is now very late and I have tried sending a email form to customer service but I keep getting the same automated response back. Honestly, sent the same response to me 5 times! Saying that they are sorry I am missing some of my order and it will probably come in different packages. The problem isn’t that I haven’t received SOME items it’s that I haven’t received ANY! I then thought it will be helpful to use the live chat and waited in the queue for around 20 mins which is fine and I didn’t mind until I was cut off from the chat and told to fill in the email form. I really don’t know how else to contact them about my order now. I just wish I had stuck to ordering with Cult Beauty or something as I have never had any problems with them! So annoying because we always wanted Sephora in the UK!

This company is a disgrace. They give absolutely no customer service. There is no means of communication other than email. They advertise chat and Twitter but these channels do not work and relate to their US site. I ordered 11 items and as a former Feel Unique customer I had every expectation that my order would arrive promptly. It arrived 4 days late, despite the fact I paid for premium delivery AND only 2 of the items arrived despite the fact I was charged for all 11. After much investigation I found a link on the site which allows you to report missing items. I uploaded pictures of the shipment , which was evidence that something had gone wrong with the packaging. 3 days passed then I was emailed asking for pictures so I sent them again AND…….. nothing. That was 7 days ago. Nothing…… I am £130 down and have no apparent means of getting any recourse. A disgrace.
