Terrible products and customer service. Bought a crystal hair eraser and they sent a damaged or used item. It’s badly scratched all over and has dents and marks. I stupidly paid £20 for this and I’ve had no response in regards to the damage claim. Delivery also took way longer than advertised when checking out. So in fact, I paid £20 + delivery for total garbage. I’ve filed a claim through my bank because they’re too lazy to respond.

Zum 2. mal bestellt und wieder ein Reinfall. Diesmal fehlten 2 Produkte. Den Kundendienst habe ich diesmal nicht kontaktiert, war beim letzten mal schon uneinsichtig. Ging komplett zurück. Ich bestelle da definitiv nichts mehr. Ich lasse mich nicht betrügen! Die Preise, die sie auf idealo angeben, stimmen auch nicht, ca 12 Euro teurer.

Ho fatto un ordine aspettando una box in omaggio ( che spettava con un ordine di 99€ ) ma nonostante avessi inserito correttamente il codice e nelle giuste tempistiche , contattando l’assistenza clienti mi hanno detto che non ho inserito il codice ( cosa assolutamente non vera ) non è la prima volta che sul sito ho problemi simili . Non acquisterò più !

I just spent few hours looking for my products.When I was about to pay I realised that Sephora separated my delivery in 6!!! According to them it's alright to rip off loyal customers 6 times for the same delivery. Sephora, you are a joke! Feelunique was fine before you took over!! So annoyed!

If I could give zero I would. Ordered £165 of items for 16 birthday and Evri accepted the Parcel was left in unsafe place and taken. Seven times I have contacted Sephora and without any response

Worst customer service EVER! I ordered some perfume, they sent the wrong one. I contacted customer service to tell them, since then I've received three generic emails asking me to send a photo and all the codes on the box of the item (!!!!) I've gone ahead and sent it back, sick of trying to contact them. Really concerned about the next part of the process, will I get refunded????

Acquisto un profumo con una commessa che ha solo dato opinioni negative su me dicendo che non sono una cliente facile. Se sto cercando un nuovo profumo posso essere libera di scegliere? Dopo aver trovato ciò che cercavo alla cassa mi viene dato come omaggio un flaconcino anonimo senza scritta sulla boccetta e senza un cartoncino che parli di cosa mi è stato "omaggiato ".....mi spiace ma non sono affatto soddisfatta.

I bought an item that I saw via an ad on 26/06/2023, made my payment and received a confirmation email with the tracking number. I was tracking my item and on 10/07 there was a notification said your item was successfully delivered. I contacted them saying that I haven't received my item, they gave me a UK telephone number to contact, I have contacted the Parcel Force they said they haven't received any item with this number! then I contacted them again and this time, they sent me a bar code confirming the delivery, I took the barcode to the post office but they told me this is a Chinnese barcode and we need a UK one to be able to track. I contacted them again explaining everything happend in the post office but they didn't seem to be concerned at all. This is an awful experience and carlessness. customer services zero. Not very keen about the customers! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them at all.
