Do not buy a Sephora gift voucher online if your need it on the same day. You will pay your money and receive an order number by return mail instead of a gift voucher. Their help ph number has been disconnected and the live chat was not working...email contact resulted in repetitive generic frustrating claptrap. Everyone else sends gift vouchers by return mail so Sephora are well below par with this "service"

Love the product but doesnt ship directly to japan, so always have to use a forwarder.

Esperienza positiva, sono andata la settimana scorsa in Via Garibaldi Torino per fare un regalo. Il commesso Stefano molto bravo e preparato con buona capacità relazionale. Ha trovato il prodotto giusto Chanel che cercavo e mi ha dato un bel mix di campioncini.

Sono andata stamani ad acquistare dei profumi da donna , ho speso 190 euro pensando che qualche campioncino me lo meritavo visto la spesa non da poco , invece nulla , ci sono rimasta molto male perché la commessa una certa Aurica a fatto velocemente il conto, messo i profumi dentro la busta e arrivederci e grazie . Parto, e poi schifata mi dice lo vuoi un campioncino da uomo? Ovvio ho rifiutato . Adesso sono schifata io andare in que negozio soprattutto se c’è questa persona non mi è piaciuto il suo modo di fare .

I placed numerous orders with Sephora given that they promised same day or next day delivery. But Sephora uses fleetoptics as their carrier and that company is unreliable. They’ll write failed delivery attempt when they didn’t make any, write recipient not home, etc. They even once uploaded a picture of someone else’s front door to prove they made a bogus attempt. I had to send photo and video of my front door in order to prove that their driver was malicious. Every time I speak to Sephora they make me understand that it’s not their issue to contact the carrier. If you’re lucky you’ll get to chat with them after hours of waiting but over the phone nearly impossible. I informed Sephora and still nothing. I provided pictures, explained the situation and go in details. All to end up with a generic answer from Sephora. I can’t even cancel the order. Sephora should hold the carrier responsible for their bad service. Also Sephora should provide its customer with assistance, not premade answer ready before you’ve even finished explaining the situation. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt but too many issues. I’ll go back to the Bay stores to buy my perfume. I’ll boycott Sephora until they give insurance about the service from their carrier.

Ho ricevuto il prodotto che dovevo regalare completamente rotto con il liquido fuoriuscito. Ho inviato le foto e chiesto il rimborso. Mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero spedito subito un altro prodotto uguale che avrei ricevuto in 2 giorni invece non è arrivato e ad oggi la cosa più triste non sono i 30 eur persi ma il fatto che non ho potuto fare il regalo
