Bought two items as Christmas presents in early November 2022. One was delivered within seven days. The other item was delayed; I raised an issue in early December, stating that it hadn't been received and asked if I could have a refund as it was too late. They don't make it easy to contact them. So eventually, someone emailed me back asking if I wanted the money returned to my original bank account; I replied yes and waited! Nothing happened, no refund, and when I visited my account, it said refund requested. This was March 2023, so I attempted to contact them again to be told it was a duplicate request. It's now August 2023, and I still haven't received the product or the refund. I know it's £10, but it's the principal. Sadly, I won't be using them again, which is a shame, but I was so excited when they offered home delivery in the UK.

I ordered from from Feelunique.com, a subsidiary of Sephora. But I received a completely different item than I ordered. I ordered a Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato 100ml for my girlfriend's birthday. But lo and behold, I received a °5 Chanel 50ml.. How's that even possible? I really, really would like to recieve the product that I payed for.

i’m always uncomfortable whenever i shop here. the ratio of workers is way too much, which makes it clear that part of their job description is to follow you around and make sure you don’t fart without them knowing lol . and they sell nothing for nails which is wack for a nail tec. the extra star is because they sell MAC makeup lol

Awful service. Emailed their web form twice. Sat on Messenger and after 2 hrs gave up waiting. They did suggest I send another form in but in the end I made a formal complaint. I told them it was stuck with Evri but they didn’t seem to be that interested. Told me today they would resend…we shall see.

Terrible company Does not deliver advertised product. No proper contact computer generated replies. A total rip off. I have complaned to bbc rip off britain. Please send yre issues to them so this company stops its bad trading practices. I never got £100 egift voucher that i paid for to be sent as a gift. Its theft by stealth.

Sephora Cashier stole item from my bag which I only discovered accidentally when returning to the till to ask a question. Her hand was ready with my item as soon as she saw me come back. Unbelievable. Sephora do better! Do not hire thieves and liars as employees for a start!
