Used to order from feelunique all the time. Tried to order online from Sephora website. Cannot checkout my basket at all. Website full of broken links etc. PayPal not working. Add card not working. No customer service at all. Chat is just a bot who hasn't helped at all! Says Klarna and Clearpay are payment options but not evident when I check out! Oh well back to Look Fantastic / Glossybox I go! Sephora is not worth the hassle!

I always get a rep greeting as I enter or someone asking if I need assistance. My negative experience was with the cashier at Yorkdale on Saturday afternoon, August 12th. I was checking out with 2 products that cost me $90 total. The cashier Saira looked miserable, was short in her answers “give it to me” when I raised my shopping basket to the counter, and did not look like she wanted to be there. What a terrible way to end a visit at Sephora. She should not be in customer service. Handed me the receipt without eye contact or a “have a nice day” like my daughter received beside me with the other cashier. The customer experience is from start to finish and Saira needs proper training and see how she is received by others.

Mi sono trovata qui da sephora al centro d’Abruzzo, ho speso quasi 400 € 3 profumi un kit trattamento viso uomo e un siero da donna, ho chiesto qualche pochette o campioncino make up, bhe mi è stato dato un misero sacchettino di tela ed un campioncino di Cremona, stop!!! A Milano al carosello con um profumo la commessa carina mi ha riempito di pochette di Armani con rossetto mascara fondotinta e crema all’interno, e creme e profumini… vergogna qui a Pescara!!!!

ORDEN N° 9001389805 I received a notification, on your website that I found photos of my house and a box of products. The photo is time and geolocation. But no one received a package. My house has a concierge and video cameras. I contacted Sephora support and 99minutos.com and sent them camcorder videos during this interval. There was no courier and no package. There has been no response for days. I wait a few more days and write a statement to the police about the theft. Update 8/16/2023: An unknown person received the package. Who it is I have no idea.
