Ordered 2 jars of face cream. When I opened the jars the cream in both was congealed, poor quality and definitely not fit for purpose. Sent them pictures of products but they refused to refund the money as my complaint was not raised within 30 days of purchase. Customer service poor but did suggest I leave a review so here it is.

Non sono solita a criticare Sephora perchè è da quando sono piccola che ne sono completamente innamorata. Ma ho fatto un ordine il 10/10 e continua ad essere in preparazione, il servizio clienti da info vaghe e non ti aiuta. Entrando su trustpilot ho visto che ad alcuni hanno dato anche uno sconto di 5€ per scusarsi, a me neanche quello quindi adesso sono più arrabbita. Sono una cliente fissa e davvero non concepisco come un azienda così vada in tilt. Inoltre non concedono neanche la possibilità di annullre l'ordine, cosa assurda dato il ritardo e il disagio arrecato.

I would give the Prosper Sephora zero stars if it was available. Just had a horrible horrible customer service experience! My mom, who is 84 years old has horrible vertigo! I found a bar stool for her to sit on while I checked out. My mom was about to pass out and hit the floor. I know the chair had a sign that said those are not to be set in unless a service is being done. I get that but my mom was about to hit the floor and I don’t think Sephora would want to have to fill out an accident report. As we were leaving one employee told us next time we can’t sit there. I told her we understood but my mom was about to pass out because she was so dizzy so I put her in a chair while I finished up and checked out. (Spent over 100.00) anyway the girl proceeded to tell us she was just letting us know so if we are kicked out next time we will know why! Seriously kicked out??? I think they need to teach better wording and etiquette to their employees! My mom got in the car crying. Not cool Sephora! Don’t pick on old people.

Bought a Dyson Corrale. The box is damaged and there is no charger and dock. It seems like someone has opened the box before sending me my order. I can’t believe this. I spent £400 and they didn’t even check the order before sending me. Won’t be buying anything from them really disappointed.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 9 ottobre, dopo qualche giorno mi è arrivata una mail in cui mi offrivano 5 euro di buono per scusarsi del ritardo nella spedizione. A tutt'oggi, 18 ottobre, l'ordine risulta in preparazione e sull'homepage del loro sito c'è un annuncio in cui dicono di aver sospeso le spedizioni a domicilio. Non ho idea di cosa stia succedendo, ma spero che rimborsino i soldi che abbiamo speso per ordini mai arrivati! Aggiornamento: ordine annullato, non ho ancora ricevuto indietro i soldi che avevano preaddebitato ma per quello so che ci vuole un po'. Purtroppo non posso fare il ritiro in negozio utilizzando lo sconto inviato perchè nella sephora più vicina a me (comunque a 50 km) non arriva quasi nulla di ciò che vorrei io. Pazienza!

Ho effettuato un ordine il 10/10 scorso, dopo qualche giorno mandano una mail in cui mi avvisano ci sarà un ritardo e offrono un buono da 5 euro da usare entro 1 mese. Contatto quindi il call center per sapere se posso cambiare la spedizione a casa con il ritiro in negozio, risposta negativa e proposta di riacquistare i prodotti in negozio e poi fare il reso una volta arrivati i prodotti tramite spedizione. Per loro problemi misteriosi, perché la scusa dell'elevato numero di ordini non regge, mai stati così inefficienti neanche col black friday, propongono soluzioni comunque a scapito del cliente e a vantaggio loro. Sto ancora aspettando e non hanno comunicato una data. Le spedizioni veloci erano uno dei loro pochi punti di forza, neanche più quello è la considerazione del cliente si riconferma pessima

Wanted to return a travel skincare gift set I purchased in August 23 for a bridal shower, it was for the brides honeymoon and she just contacted me now after the honeymoon to say all the products expired in 2022 !! They won’t refund because it’s not in 30 days of purchase? They sent expired goods and now won’t take them back , zero points for customer service 😡
