I placed an order in April 2021, which i never received. according to the USPS, they are still waiting for the package to reach them. i reached out to Sephora to try to get a refund as i never received it. only to be told that there was nothing they could or would do to rectify the situation. No refund, no reship of my missing items i ordered. I tried once more October of 2023 and was told the same thing. I tried to get help thru Paypal but they took so long to get back to me I lost that dispute.

Ich habe 3 Bestellungen bei Sephora getätigt und alle 3 Pakete sind nicht bei mir angekommen. Laut DHL werden alle Pakete wieder an den Versender zurückgeschickt aufgrund ‚nicht erfüllter Versandbedingungen‘! Kundenservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe und überhaupt nicht hilfreich! Ich werde definitiv NIE WIEDER dort bestellen. Auf mein Geld warte ich natürlich auch noch!

I received my package but it was missing my setting spray so I called and she quickly helped me by resending it along with free samples for my trouble.

I can't stress this enough but Sephora has to be the worst website I ever used. There's been multiple orders of mine that ended up being cancelled without any other reasons.

ho ordinato per ben 2 volte un prodotto sul sito, con una percentule di sconto. Soldi presi dalla carta ma il giorno seguente mi vengono riaccreditati perche il prodotto e' terminato. Tempo dopo approfitto di nuovo dell'offerta, stesso prodotto, acquisto andato a buon fine soldi detratti, ritiro in negozio il gg dopo. Vado in negozio e il prodotto non c'era quindi annullano la vendita e con il numero cod.prodotto per il ritiro, mi vengono riaccreditati di nuovo i soldi e negato il prodotto. che dite e' uno schifo oppure hanno il diritto di far perdere tempo e pazienza alle persone?! grazie

Never in your life use their online service

Left a review previously as my orders were not delivered to me and Sephora were refusing to help. They replied to my review asking for information and saying they would look in to the issue.. I received no further communication. I tried to log in to my account to talk to them only to be told they have closed my account and banned me!!! Absolutely disgusting service
